Eh… it’s ok. The life guards aren’t the friendliest and there’s a lot of chaos in the kids area. The slide in the kids area is an absolute mess. With zero supervision over there. Big kids pushing little kids down the slide. Knocking people over. Why is there a lifeguard at the big slides but no the kids area which has so many more kids and less experienced swimmers? Sportscom needs to assess their safety procedures. I’ll keep an eye out for these changes.

I love this place, awesome spot to take the kids and have some fun. I do have a couple of suggestions and would appreciate the consideration of staff. First, the outdoor obstacle course with the blue and red pads - Why aren't parents allowed to help their smaller kids so they can enjoy the fun? My daughter begs to do it every single time we visit, and I politely ask a lifeguard and am told no. I've watched plenty of other parents just do it anyway without a problem, but I ask because I'm courteous and am told no. Why? It makes no sense at all. My daughter is just a hair too short to reach the ropes she just needs me to pull them down a bit for her and then guide her across from within the water. Its there for the kids to enjoy. Please let them with support when needed. Second and last, please could we reevaluate the flowers constantly showering the shallower end of the pool? Its extremely annoying constantly being pelted in the face with water while trying to swim. I know there is another side to the pool but there are hundreds of people there. There isn't space to stay in one area. You can tell just by looking across the pool that people prefer to avoid the areas being showered by

I really like the indoor pool. It's kept very clean and the temperature is very stable at about 83. The locker rooms are always clean as well, although the outdoor pool will be opening soon and there will be a lot more people going through, so we'll see got that goes. I recommend bringing your item lock, shampoo/soap/conditioner, and deck shoes. There are two very large group exercise rooms, and an indoor track, and I have found all the staff and members to be very helpful and friendly.

Super fun! Me & the grand-babies had the best time! The slides were their favorite; it’s a great experience!

During summer the outdoor pool gets crowded after lunch. People line up at 9:30 for 10 open. The shaded seats get taken fast. It's a great afordables place to swim. The pool is not over 4ft except where the driving board is. Lifeguards are very watchful. Extremely family friendly. They don't allow outside food but have a reasonable concession stand.
